After 4 years we have decided not to renew our current insurance policy and move to a policy that is better for our community.

In the changing world of mobility we want to ensure that we have a policy that is continuously evolving and allows us to deliver the benefits that our members have been requesting. With our new policy we have the option for shorter duration bookings (which is our number 1 request from drivers!) owners can list more cars and we will increase the maximum ages of cars to 10 years.  

Unfortunately it has taken a little longer than expected to get the best coverage for you as possible. We are now taking bookings from 20th January onwards and are sorry for any inconvenience . We will communicate every update with you and the support team are always available should you have any questions.

We have worked around the clock to avoid any disruption but unfortunately some downtime was unavoidable so for this we apologise. 

Want to make a new booking?

We won’t be able to take bookings starting before 20th January, but bookings outside this period will not be affected. 

Already have a booking?

We are aiming to have our new policy in place by 20th January so if your booking starts after this you should not be affected. If anything changes we will get in touch at least seven days in advance of your booking. Should we need to cancel your booking, as a gesture of goodwill we will contribute 50% towards the cost of a reasonable replacement at a similar price.

If your booking starts after 20th January you don’t need to worry, your booking will still go ahead with our new insurance provider. 

Had a booking cancelled?

If we have contacted you to say your booking is not going ahead we will contribute 50% towards the cost of a reasonable replacement at a similar price.
