For Owners:

As a car owner, we want to give you the tools to be able to hire your car to people in your area. One of the most important parts to do this is insurance. Each booking will include our insurance cover, enabling you to make money from renting your car, safely. Your car must be personally insured whilst it is on our platform as our policy is only active for live bookings.

For Members:

For members hiring a car, insurance is included on every booking. The cost of the insurance varies on many factors, including but limited to; your age and the type of car you are booking. 

✅ Insurance included automatically on each booking

🛡 Protection if you did happen to have a bump

Hiyacar's insurance cannot be used by any person who has ever been refused insurance, had a policy cancelled, had a policy voided or had special terms imposed.

Claims:

Hiyacar manage all claims originating from bookings on the Hiyacar platform.
