Payment is pre-authorised when a booking is made and taken from the Driver when the car Owner confirms a booking request.
If a request is declined or expires then the pre-authorised payment will be released immediately on our end. Depending on which bank you are with it could take at least 24hours for the funds to re-appear in your account.
HiyaCar will pay the car Owner automatically after the rental is successfully completed. You can expect the funds to reach your account 5 working days after the booking ends.
