We understand that having an accident or a breakdown can be scary but we are here to support you every step of the way. 

For Accidents

️If you have been involved in an accident whilst on a booking please follow these steps. 

👍Make sure everyone is OK and nobody is injured. If you do need medical help then call 999

📸Please take as many pictures of the car you have hired and any other third parties that may have been involved as our insurance provider will need these to verify what happened. Taking pictures of how many people were in the third party car is also very useful.

✏️ Note down the details of the third parties (drivers and passenger names, their car registration, contact details and car registration). If there are any witnesses present, do ask for their contact details as well

📞 Call 020 3856 8900 during business hours to speak to a our member support team. They can confirm the next steps and transfer you to our roadside recovery partner if needed

Outside of business hours: press 1 to be put straight through

All of the above information will then be submitted to our insurer.
