Before you give us a call, check your QuickStart® box is still plugged in, it might have been disconnected by a mechanic, driver or even some of our trademark British potholes! 

It’s really easy to check if your box is still plugged but you will need to find your OBD-II port first, it’s usually behind a panel to the right of your steering wheel but each car is different. A quick google search will tell you where to find yours straight away. 

Once you have found the port, check whether anything is plugged in, if not your QuickStart® box plug will be hanging around nearby, just plug it back in firmly and wait 5 mins for the box to start up.

If there is something plugged in already, make sure it is firmly in place & try again in 5 minutes.
