If you are located in London, Bristol, Brighton, or Edinburgh before we can set your car live for our members to book we would like to arrange a quick onboarding call.

If you live outside London, Bristol, Brighton, and Edinburgh we have onboarding videos to watch.

Why we do Onboarding calls?

We really believe that when you list your car with us, we become partners. Working together with a common goal of creating the best experience for our members who are paying their hard earned money to use your car. To be able to provide the best experience possible it feels right that we have a phone conversation to make sure we both agree on what a great experience is. We also go over:

For our partners that live outside of these cities, instead of an onboarding call we have created 2 short videos, which include all the key information as to how the hiyacar process works and key tips on how to maximise your bookings and earnings.
