Yes, members need to bring their driving licence with them when picking up a car so our partners can make sure the person picking up the car is the verified member.

👮‍♂️It is illegal for anyone who is not the verified member to drive the car as they will not be insured 

❌Partners will refuse to hand over the keys if the members do not bring their verified drivers licence, so don't forget it. 

This is not required if the car has a QuickStart box installed, as the verification check will be done through the hiyacar app.
