You'll meet the owner at their primary address that is shown on the hiya agreement where you will pick up their car.

Note: Some owners do provide a delivery option where they will take their car to you based on your location for an additional £20. This will be stated in the description on their car listing.

When you get to the car, you will meet the owner who will give you the keys (unless it is a QuickStart car). You will need to open the app to complete the pick up, taking photos of the exterior/ and interior of the car, record the fuel and mileage level, and report existing damage if you see any.

Once you have completed the pick up both you and the owner will receive the e-signed hiya agreement via email. The hiya agreement contains all the details of the driver, the owner, the car and the insurance policy.
